Apple Supplier Foxconn hacked by group called SwaggSec

A Hacker group calling itself SwaggSec claimed that it had hacked Apple supplier Foxconn's network and leaked a 6.04MB dump of employees' username and passwords details in Pirate Bay. The hack seems to be a retaliation for the working conditions that have swarmed the news lately.

SwaggSec announced the attack in a Twitter message and posted a Pirate Bay link for the dump. According to the 9to5mac report, The hackers gained access through an unpatched Internet Explorer vulnerability used by a worker inside Foxconn.

"So Foxconn thinks they got 'em some swagger because they work with the Big Boys from Intel, Microsoft, IBM, and Apple? Fool, You don't know what swagger is. They say you got your employees all worked up, committing suicide 'n stuff. They say you hire chinese workers 'cause you think the taiwanese are elite. We got somethin' served up good...real good. Your not gonna' know what hit you by the time you finish this release. Your company gonna' crumble, and you deserve it" Hacker Said.

Foxconn declined to comment on the attack, stating that the company "does not comment on matters of internal network security."

A recent tweet from Swagg Security reads "Seems like Foxconn admins are angry, services.foxconn.com was taken down by them. Guess you guys made one to many orders"
